A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival. All monies non-refundable if canceled or changed within 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 45 days of arrival is subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee. Please note, Maui Holiday will give you a reminder call when your balance is due, if we do not hear back within 48 hours Maui Holiday will charge the credit card on file in order to confirm your reservation.

Payment Policy for Reservations Due To Travel Between December 20th to January 4th

MAUI HOLIDAY RATE GUARANTEE:
The rate we have quoted and confirmed for your Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas stay is 100% guaranteed, for your stay as reserved – but may be subject to change in the event your reservation is altered or changed by you after original confirmation.
Check-in time is 4 p.m., Check-out time is 10am
If you are arriving after midnight on your scheduled arrival day please let Maui Holiday or the Westin know prior to your arrival as there may be a late check in fee.
Lost and Found Items
A $20.00 fee, plus postage, will be assessed for all lost items that have been found and returned to the guest. We are not responsible for lost items.
Please do not remove linens, dishes or other items from the units. Guests are liable for additional charges resulting from any damage, lost items or excessive check-out cleaning, and will be charged by Westin Resort or MauiHoliday.Com. We make every effort to ensure that all equipment within each rental is in working order. In the event of a breakdown, the Westin resort will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, etc. will not break down during your stay and therefore, no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure.
Check In Information
Your check-in instructions will be emailed to you upon final payment and the return of your signed paper work.
It is your responsibility to have your check in instructions on you prior to check in.
All units are non-smoking.
